2 chicken breasts, sliced

8 oz fettuccine pasta

2 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream
-
1 cup Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp butter

Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain and set aside.

Cook chicken in olive oil until golden and cooked through. Remove.

In same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic. Stir in cream and Parmesan until smooth.

Return chicken and pasta to skillet. Toss in sauce until coated.

Serve hot with extra Parmesan.
