2 chicken breasts, cut into strips

8 oz penne pasta

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp Cajun seasoning

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.

Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, then cook in olive oil until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet.

In same skillet, sauté garlic, then add cream, Parmesan, and tomatoes. Stir until sauce thickens.

Return chicken to skillet, add pasta, and toss everything together.

Serve hot with extra Parmesan on top.
