8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)

1 cup pumpkin puree

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp butter

1/2 tsp nutmeg

Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package directions, drain, and set aside.

In skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic.

Stir in pumpkin, cream, Parmesan, and nutmeg.

Simmer until creamy, then toss pasta into sauce.

Serve warm with extra Parmesan.
