Crispy Baked Fish Tacos with Cabbage Slaw: A Flavor-Packed Fiesta

Ingredients

  • 1 lb white fish (tilapia, cod, or haddock)

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • 1/2 small cabbage, shredded

  • 1/4 cup mayo

  • 1 tbsp lime juice

  • 8 small tortillas

  • Fresh cilantro for garnish


Instructions

 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Dip fish pieces in egg, then coat with breadcrumbs mixed with paprika and garlic powder.

  3. Place on baking sheet and bake 15-18 min until golden and crispy.

  4. Mix cabbage with mayo and lime juice to make slaw.

  5. Assemble tacos with fish, slaw, and cilantro.
