1 cup breadcrumbs

2 eggs, beaten

1/2 small cabbage, shredded

1/4 cup mayo

1 tbsp lime juice

8 small tortillas

Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Dip fish pieces in egg, then coat with breadcrumbs mixed with paprika and garlic powder.

Place on baking sheet and bake 15-18 min until golden and crispy.

Mix cabbage with mayo and lime juice to make slaw.

Assemble tacos with fish, slaw, and cilantro.
