2 chicken breasts, pounded thin

1/2 cup salsa verde

4 slices pepper jack cheese

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat grill to medium heat.

Rub chicken with oil, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Grill 5–6 minutes per side until cooked through.

Top with salsa verde and pepper jack, cover grill 2 minutes to melt.

Serve hot with rice or tortillas.
