Ingredients

  • 12 oz pasta (rotini or macaroni)

  • 1 cup diced cooked chicken

  • 1/2 cup diced pineapple

  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper

  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • Salt & pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta, drain, and rinse with cold water.

  2. In a large bowl, mix pasta, chicken, pineapple, pepper, and green onions.

  3. Stir in mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
