Honey Pepper Chicken Pasta: Sweet, Savory, and Comforting

Ingredients

  • 8 oz penne pasta

  • 2 chicken breasts, cubed

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (low sodium)

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese


Instructions

 

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.

  2. In a skillet, cook chicken in olive oil until golden.

  3. Stir in honey, soy sauce, and black pepper, simmer 3 minutes.

  4. Add cream and Parmesan, stirring until sauce thickens.

  5. Toss in pasta and serve warm.
