  • 2 chicken breasts

  • 1 cup salsa

  • 1 packet taco seasoning

  • 8 small tortillas

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded

  • 1/4 cup sour cream


Instructions

 

  1. Place chicken, salsa, and taco seasoning in a slow cooker. Cook on low 6 hours or high 3 hours.

  2. Shred chicken with two forks.

  3. Warm tortillas and fill with chicken, cheese, lettuce, and sour cream.

  4. Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
