Ingredients

  • 8 oz linguine pasta

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • Salt & pepper to taste


Instructions

 

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.

  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook shrimp 2–3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

  3. Add garlic to skillet, cook 1 minute, then stir in cream, Parmesan, red pepper flakes, and seasoning.

  4. Simmer until sauce thickens.

  5. Toss pasta and shrimp back into sauce, mix well, and serve.
