2 cans (15 oz) white beans, drained and rinsed

3 cups fresh spinach or kale

2 tbsp olive oil

1 small onion, diced

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp oregano

1/2 tsp paprika

Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a skillet, add onion and cook until soft.

Stir in garlic, oregano, and paprika for 1 minute.

Add beans and cook for 5 minutes.

Toss in greens, stirring until wilted.

Season with salt and pepper, then serve warm.
