2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup melted butter

2 cups cream cheese, softened

1 cup pumpkin puree

3/4 cup sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1/4 cup caramel sauce + sea salt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Mix crumbs and butter, press into a springform pan.

Beat cream cheese, pumpkin, sugar, eggs, and spice until smooth.

Pour into crust and bake 50–55 minutes. Cool, drizzle with caramel, and sprinkle sea salt.
