Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

  • 1/2 cup melted butter

  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree

  • 3/4 cup sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce + sea salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.

  2. Mix crumbs and butter, press into a springform pan.

  3. Beat cream cheese, pumpkin, sugar, eggs, and spice until smooth.

  4. Pour into crust and bake 50–55 minutes. Cool, drizzle with caramel, and sprinkle sea salt.
