Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken thighs boneless and skinless
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup hot honey

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Prepare your chicken by patting it dry with paper towels.
  • Set up a dredging station with three shallow bowls: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for panko mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Coat each piece of chicken with flour, shaking off excess, then dip into the egg, and finally coat with the panko mixture.
  • Place the coated chicken pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
