  • 1 can 16 oz refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 1 cup blueberry pie filling
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • Optional: powdered sugar glaze 1/2 cup powdered sugar + 1–2 tbsp milk

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Flatten each biscuit into a circle. Spoon about 1 teaspoon cream cheese mixture and 1 tablespoon blueberry pie filling into the center.
  • Pinch edges tightly to seal and roll into a ball. Place seam-side down on prepared baking sheet.
