Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Flatten each biscuit into a circle. Spoon about 1 teaspoon cream cheese mixture and 1 tablespoon blueberry pie filling into the center.
Pinch edges tightly to seal and roll into a ball. Place seam-side down on prepared baking sheet.
Bake 15–18 minutes, until golden brown.
Meanwhile, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
Brush baked bombs with melted butter and roll in cinnamon sugar mixture.
Optional: Drizzle with powdered sugar glaze before serving.
