Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Prepare chocolate cake batter according to package instructions. Spread evenly in the baking dish.
Sprinkle peanut butter chips, chopped Reese’s, and chocolate chips over the cake batter.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add melted butter, peanut butter, vanilla, and powdered sugar. Mix until creamy.
Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the cake batter. Do not spread—it will create swirls while baking.
Bake 40–45 minutes, until the edges are set and the center is slightly gooey (like an earthquake crackled effect).
Cool slightly before serving. Best enjoyed warm.
