Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
