- 8 ounces of imitation crab meat
- 1 cup cream cheese softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

- ¼ cup green onions chopped
- Optional: ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
