Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz fettuccine
  • 1 lb chicken breast sliced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the sliced chicken breast.
  3. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
