Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp black pepper freshly cracked
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp butter

Method
 

  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and onion powder to the butter and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and stir continuously until it begins to simmer.
  5. Gradually add cheddar cheese, stirring constantly.
  6. Once the cheese has melted into a smooth sauce, add honey and black pepper.
  7. Add the shredded chicken and cooked macaroni to the sauce.
  8. Stir well until everything is evenly coated, adjusting seasoning to taste.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with additional cracked black pepper if desired.
