Once the cheese has melted into a smooth sauce, add honey and black pepper.
Add the shredded chicken and cooked macaroni to the sauce.
Stir well until everything is evenly coated, adjusting seasoning to taste.
Serve hot, garnished with additional cracked black pepper if desired.
