  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pesto sauce
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Assorted toppings bell peppers, olives, cherry tomatoes
  • Flour for dusting

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Cut the dough into triangle shapes resembling tree segments.
  4. Spread pizza sauce on each triangular piece of dough.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously over the sauce.
  6. Add toppings of your choice to the cheese layer.
  7. Transfer the triangles to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and cheese bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven, allow to cool briefly, and serve immediately.
