Cook the seasoned chicken in the air fryer for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway.
Remove the chicken and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Slice the chicken into thin strips.
Lay a tortilla flat and add a portion of the sliced chicken and mozzarella cheese.
Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling, securing the contents.
Spray the outside of the wraps lightly with cooking spray or brush with olive oil.
Place the wraps in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 8-10 minutes.
Remove the wraps from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before slicing in half.
