Crispy Air Fryer Chicken & Mozzarella Wraps

Crispy Air Fryer Chicken & Mozzarella Wraps made approachable with clear cues, pantry staples, and flexible swaps.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts about 1 lb
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook the seasoned chicken in the air fryer for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Remove the chicken and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  • Slice the chicken into thin strips.
  • Lay a tortilla flat and add a portion of the sliced chicken and mozzarella cheese.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling, securing the contents.
  • Spray the outside of the wraps lightly with cooking spray or brush with olive oil.
  • Place the wraps in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 8-10 minutes.
  • Remove the wraps from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before slicing in half.
