- 1 package Oreo cookies about 14 ounces
- 1 package 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 12 ounces white chocolate or candy melts
- 2 tablespoons crushed peppermint candies or candy canes
Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
Mix the crushed Oreos with cream cheese and peppermint extract.
Chill the mixture for about 30 minutes.
Scoop and roll the mixture into balls.
Melt the white chocolate or candy melts.
Dip each truffle in the melted chocolate and place on parchment paper.
Sprinkle crushed peppermint on top immediately after coating.
