Ingredients

  • 4 strips of bacon
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 slices of cheese cheddar or American
  • 2 English muffins or burger buns
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cook the bacon for 8-10 minutes.
  • While the bacon cooks, crack the eggs into a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  • Once the bacon is done, remove it from the air fryer and set aside.
  • Pour the beaten eggs into the basket and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add cheese on top of the eggs in the last minute of cooking.
  • Toast the English muffins or buns while the eggs finish.
  • Assemble the sandwich with bacon, egg, and cheese on the toasted bread.
