- 4 strips of bacon
- 2 large eggs
- 2 slices of cheese cheddar or American
- 2 English muffins or burger buns
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Cook the bacon for 8-10 minutes.
While the bacon cooks, crack the eggs into a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
Once the bacon is done, remove it from the air fryer and set aside.
Pour the beaten eggs into the basket and cook for 5 minutes.
Add cheese on top of the eggs in the last minute of cooking.
Toast the English muffins or buns while the eggs finish.
