Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and add them to the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Place the marinated chicken in the air fryer basket, spreading it out in a single layer.
Air fry the chicken for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
Prepare a small pot over medium heat and add any remaining marinade. Bring it to a simmer for about 5 minutes to thicken.
Once the chicken is done, toss it in the thickened marinade before plating.
