Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets steamed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Steam the broccoli florets until slightly tender, about 3-4 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, combine the steamed broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Use a fork or your hands to mash the mixture until well combined but still slightly chunky.
  • Form the mixture into small patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
  • Place the patties on a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving space in between.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
