  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or Monterey Jack
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  • Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart as it browns.
  • Add the taco seasoning and a bit of water, stirring until combined; then let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Stir in the black beans and cooked rice, mixing until evenly distributed.
  • Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly before assembling the burritos.
