Method
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and lay it flat in a greased baking pan.
- Layer the salami, ham, provolone, and mozzarella over the dough.
- Sprinkle the sliced pepperoncini and Italian seasoning over the cheeses.
- Fold the edges of the crescent roll dough over the layers, pinching to seal.
- Brush the top with the beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
