Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices or desired topping
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Thaw the puff pastry according to package instructions.
  • Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  • Cut the pastry into even squares, about 3 inches each.
  • Place a dollop of pizza sauce in the center of each square.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese and top with pepperoni or other desired toppings.
  • Fold the corners of each square towards the center, pinching the edges to seal.
