Method
- Prepare the filling by mixing cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and strawberries.
- Lay out eggroll wrappers and place a spoonful of the filling in each.
- Moisten edges of the wrappers with egg wash and fold.
- Heat oil in a deep pan or fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Carefully lower the eggrolls into the hot oil, a few at a time.
- Remove and drain on paper towels before dusting with powdered sugar.
