- 8 eggroll wrappers
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh strawberries diced
- 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)
- Oil for frying
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Prepare the filling by mixing cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and strawberries.
Lay out eggroll wrappers and place a spoonful of the filling in each.
Moisten edges of the wrappers with egg wash and fold.
Heat oil in a deep pan or fryer to 350°F (175°C).
Carefully lower the eggrolls into the hot oil, a few at a time.
