Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 cups stale bread cubed
  • 1/2 cup onion diced
  • 1/2 cup celery diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of oil and sauté the onion and celery until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, sautéed onion and celery, stale bread, parsley, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the beaten eggs and chicken broth to the mixture, and stir until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into balls, about 2 inches in diameter, and place them on a greased baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Let the stuffing balls cool for a few minutes before serving.
