Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 egg for egg wash
  • Flour for dusting

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Prepare a work surface by dusting it with flour.
  • Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle.
  • Spread pizza sauce over the rolled-out dough.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  • Add pepperoni slices and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
