Spread pizza sauce over the rolled-out dough.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
Add pepperoni slices and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
Carefully roll the dough tightly from one end to the other.
Seal the edges of the roll with your fingers or a fork.
Slice the roll into equal pieces about 1-2 inches wide.
Place the roll-ups on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the tops with egg wash.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
