  • 400 g white chocolate chopped
  • 1 can 397g sweetened condensed milk
  • 100 g unsalted butter
  • 150 g caramel sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Optional: nuts or sprinkles for topping

Method
 

  1. Prepare your baking dish.
  2. Melt the white chocolate and butter.
  3. Mix in the sweetened condensed milk.
  4. Add vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  5. Blend in caramel sauce.
  6. Pour into the prepared baking dish.
  7. Chill until set.
  8. Slice and serve.
