Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix the peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until combined.
Add the eggs, vanilla extract, and baking soda to the mixture, and mix until fully incorporated.
Gradually add the flour and salt, stirring until the dough forms.
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll them into balls.
Place the dough balls on a lined baking sheet, spacing them about two inches apart.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
Remove cookies from the oven and immediately press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie.
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
