Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients: apple cider, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 15 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
  8. Optionally, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar before serving for an extra touch.
