  • 1 box cake mix any flavor
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips or sprinkles optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, oil, and eggs.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and mix again.
  4. If you're using chocolate chips or sprinkles, fold them into the dough now.
  5. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  7. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
