Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz linguine or spaghetti
  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • 1/4 cup freshly chopped parsley
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat.
  4. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes; sauté until fragrant.
  5. Add the shrimp, cooking until they turn pink and opaque.
  6. Pour in the white wine; simmer for a few minutes to reduce slightly.
  7. Stir in parsley, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  8. Combine the cooked pasta with the shrimp mixture, mixing until coated.
  9. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish; top with Parmesan cheese.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
  11. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
