Ingredients

  • 8 oz linguine or spaghetti
  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • 1/4 cup freshly chopped parsley
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes; sauté until fragrant.
  • Add the shrimp, cooking until they turn pink and opaque.
  • Pour in the white wine; simmer for a few minutes to reduce slightly.
  • Stir in parsley, salt, and pepper; mix well.
