Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x13-inch baking dish by lining it with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, and softened butter until crumbly.
Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form the crust.
Bake the crust for 20 minutes or until lightly golden.
While the crust is baking, mix together the eggs, maple syrup, chopped pecans, vanilla, sea salt, and corn syrup until well combined.
Pour the filling over the baked crust and spread it evenly.
Bake the bars for an additional 25-30 minutes, or until the filling is set and slightly puffed.
Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool in the baking dish for about an hour before transferring to the refrigerator to chill.
After chilling, lift the bars out using the parchment paper and cut into squares or rectangles.
Sprinkle additional sea salt over the top before serving, if desired.
