Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry thawed
  • 8 ounces of brie cheese
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 egg beaten
  • Fresh rosemary for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  • Cut the pastry into squares, approximately 3x3 inches each.
  • Place a small piece of brie in the center of each square.
