Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare the pears by halving and coring them.
In a bowl, mix oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, chopped nuts, butter, honey, and vanilla until well combined.
Stuff each pear with the oat mixture, packing it lightly.
Place the stuffed pears in a baking dish and add a splash of water.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes or until tender.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
