  • 1 ½ cups fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1 pie crust store-bought or homemade
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the pie crust according to package instructions or your favorite recipe.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs and sugar, whisking until well combined.
  4. Add the heavy cream, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt to the egg mixture, whisking until smooth.
