Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare an 8x8 inch baking dish by greasing it with butter.
Unroll the phyllo dough and cover it with a damp cloth to prevent it from drying out.
Layer 5 sheets of phyllo, brushing each layer with melted butter before adding the next one.
In a bowl, blend together the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Add Greek yogurt, eggs, vanilla, honey, cinnamon, and mix until combined.
Spread the cheesecake filling evenly over the layered phyllo.
Sprinkle chopped nuts over the cheesecake layer.
Layer another 5 sheets of phyllo on top of the filling, brushing with butter in between.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and set.
Let it cool, then drizzle with additional honey before serving.
