Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
  4. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  5. Dredge each chicken breast in the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  7. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook until golden brown.
  8. Transfer the chicken to the prepared baking sheet.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.
  10. While the chicken bakes, prepare the creamy garlic sauce.
  11. In the same skillet used for chicken, add minced garlic and sauté briefly.
  12. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  13. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
  14. Serve the chicken topped with creamy garlic sauce and garnish with parsley.
