Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Prepare the baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • Dredge each chicken breast in the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook until golden brown.
  • Transfer the chicken to the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.

  • In the same skillet used for chicken, add minced garlic and sauté briefly.
  • Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
