Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha optional

Instructions

  • Prepare the chicken by cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
  • Set up a dredging station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
  • Season the flour with salt and pepper.
  • Coat the chicken pieces in flour, dip in egg, and then roll in breadcrumbs.
