Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and prepare your baking pan.

  • In another bowl, cream the softened butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Stir in the orange juice and vanilla extract, blending until combined.
  • Sift together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a separate bowl.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  • Fold in the prepared fruits and nuts until evenly distributed.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 60-75 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
