Pound chicken breasts to even thickness (about 1/2 inch). Pat dry with paper towels.
Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with Parmesan, panko, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper mixed together.
Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip into eggs, then coat thoroughly in the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture.
Heat olive oil and butter in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
Sear chicken breasts 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 15–20 minutes, until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) internally.
Serve hot with lemon wedges and garnish with fresh parsley.
