Ingredients

  • 4 6-ounce salmon fillets
  • 6 ounces crab meat fresh or canned
  • 6 ounces shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Prepare the stuffing by combining crab meat, shrimp, breadcrumbs, cream cheese, green onions, garlic, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Make a pocket in each salmon fillet by slicing it horizontally without cutting all the way through.
  • Stuff each fillet with the prepared seafood mixture, pressing gently to secure it in place.
  • Place the stuffed salmon on a lined baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
