Ingredients
  

  • 4 6-ounce salmon fillets
  • 6 ounces crab meat fresh or canned
  • 6 ounces shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the stuffing by combining crab meat, shrimp, breadcrumbs, cream cheese, green onions, garlic, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Make a pocket in each salmon fillet by slicing it horizontally without cutting all the way through.
  4. Stuff each fillet with the prepared seafood mixture, pressing gently to secure it in place.
  5. Place the stuffed salmon on a lined baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
