Elevate Your Dinner with Creamy Feta Pasta

Feta Pasta made approachable with clear cues, pantry staples, and flexible swaps.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 1 block 8 ounces feta cheese
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a baking dish, combine cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, and olive oil. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  • Place the block of feta cheese in the center of the dish with the tomatoes.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes until the feta is golden and tomatoes are blistered.
  • While the feta and tomatoes bake, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve a bit of pasta water before draining.
  • Once the baking time is up, remove the dish from the oven and stir to combine the melted feta and tomatoes until smooth.
  • Add the cooked pasta directly to the baking dish, tossing to combine. If the sauce is too thick, add reserved pasta water a little at a time.
  • Serve immediately, garnished with fresh basil or parsley.
