Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a baking dish, combine cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, and olive oil. Season generously with salt and pepper.
Place the block of feta cheese in the center of the dish with the tomatoes.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until the feta is golden and tomatoes are blistered.
While the feta and tomatoes bake, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve a bit of pasta water before draining.
Once the baking time is up, remove the dish from the oven and stir to combine the melted feta and tomatoes until smooth.
Add the cooked pasta directly to the baking dish, tossing to combine. If the sauce is too thick, add reserved pasta water a little at a time.
Serve immediately, garnished with fresh basil or parsley.
