Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts walnuts or pecans
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries chopped
  • Herbs for garnish optional

Instructions

  • Combine cream cheese, cheddar, and Parmesan in a bowl.
  • Stir in green onions, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Fold in chopped nuts and dried cranberries.
  • Form into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap.
  • Chill for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • Remove from the fridge and unwrap.
  • Roll in additional chopped nuts if desired.
  • Serve with crackers or vegetables.
