- 12 oz rotini pasta cooked & cooled
- 1 cup mozzarella balls
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- 1/2 cup diced cucumbers
Cook pasta per package, rinse, and cool.
Place mozzarella balls on top of tomato halves, then add an olive slice in center to make “eyeballs.”
Toss pasta with cucumbers and dressing.
Top with eyeball tomatoes before serving.
