Ingredients

  • 12 oz rotini pasta cooked & cooled
  • 1 cup mozzarella balls
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumbers

Instructions

  • Cook pasta per package, rinse, and cool.
  • Place mozzarella balls on top of tomato halves, then add an olive slice in center to make “eyeballs.”
  • Toss pasta with cucumbers and dressing.
  • Top with eyeball tomatoes before serving.
