Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds beef chuck roast cut into cubes
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 8 ounces mushrooms sliced (cremini or button)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
