Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the bottom is golden brown, then flip carefully.
Cook the other side for an additional 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
Once cooked, transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil.
Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve hot.
